Who we are

Coradventure is operated by Coradventure LLC, based in South Padre Island, Texas, United States. We work with clients primarily by phone, email, and video calls; we do not operate a public storefront. This policy applies to coradventure.com, its inquiry forms, and our related communications.

Information you provide

We receive information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, travel interests, preferred timing, party size, budget preferences, and inquiry message. We use it to respond, discuss suitable trips or travel planning, and communicate about your requests. Please do not include passport numbers, payment-card details, or medical information in the website inquiry form.

Trip updates and offers

We also keep contact information to share occasional confirmed trip announcements, new offerings, and travel updates from Coradventure and CoraLUX Travel. We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us to stop marketing emails at any time by replying with “Unsubscribe” or emailing info@coradventure.com. We may still respond to an inquiry or booking you have asked us to handle.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 through Site Kit by Google to understand website traffic and interactions, including inquiry submissions and clicks on our WhatsApp links. Analytics may use cookies and collect information such as pages visited, referral sources, device and browser characteristics, and interactions. Hosting and email providers may also process technical information, including IP addresses and security logs, to operate their services.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Google explains its processing in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. The Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on provides another control for supported browsers.

Services and external links

We use Hostinger for website hosting and business email, Contact Form 7 for inquiry forms, and Google for website analytics. These providers process information as part of delivering their services. Both Coradventure and our sister travel brand are operated by Coradventure LLC. Selecting a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp, where its own privacy terms apply. Other external websites and embedded services have their own policies.

Keeping your information and your choices

We retain contact information for ongoing customer communication and marketing rather than automatically deleting it after an inquiry. You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or an end to marketing communications. We will review your request and explain if information needs to be retained for an ongoing request or applicable legal, accounting, or security requirements.
